Meet Susan!

Susan was born and raised in Harford County MD and resides in the rural town of Street. Susan is a Master Personal trainer, a Pilates reformer instructor, Balanced Body Barre instructor, and a Reiki Master practitioner. She has worked in the health and wellness industry for twelve years. Helping her clients reach their potential, finding strength and balance through mind and body is her passion. She believes in teaching clients that our bodies are our temples and they should be honored. Susan is also a Real Estate agent assisting people to find the home that will also bring peace and joy to their lives. Susan has a close connection to Haiti. She has traveled to the country three times with her daughter and Paradigm founder, Holly Phipps. Through those trips, Haiti has left an indelible mark on her heart. Susan is humbled to be a part of this passionate team of individuals . To have the opportunity to combine the love of health and wellness with the love of Haiti in this venue is an honor.
